Crab Kickers is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.

No soccer experience needed!  Crab Kickers will provide ALL training!

• Competitive pay starting at $15 per 45 minute session with room to grow. Raise every 100 sessions capping out at $30 per session.

The ideal instructor MUST meet the following criteria:

• Responsible: Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with CRAB KICKERS director of coaching, etc.
• Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with day care center staff and director as well as parents, self-assured.
• Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (18 months – 12 years old), and be able to connect with them on their level, making the Crab Kickers class the best 30 minutes of their week. You must be very outgoing and animated; able to be silly with the children.
• Working with children: Must be able to engage and interact with 18 months - 12 year olds. This is very important!

Our Pre-school and Daycare programs are in Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Harford County and Cecil County and growing. These programs are typically between 9:30am – 4:30pm depending on the daycare and what fits their schedule for running classes.
